AfterthoughtsI have been using some of the techniques used to ground myself and to be mindful. It's quite a difficult task and my mind kept saying that I am not unable to do. With the mindfulness technique, I was able to push that negative thought aside and persevere knowing that learning a new thing is not an easy task.
