Quest Day 3

Number of unread emails - 438 (down from 2420)

From this point onwards, clearing the 438 mails will be more tricky but I really wish to see that the number hit 0.

Afterthoughts
I have been using some of the techniques used to ground myself and to be mindful. It's quite a difficult task and my mind kept saying that I am not unable to do. With the mindfulness technique, I was able to push that negative thought aside and persevere knowing that learning a new thing is not an easy task.

Quest to Uncluttering and Simplifying my Life

Day 1
Unsubscribed to all email subsciptions. Hoping that my mail box would be the first thing that it is a lot less cluttered. There's currently 3345 unread emails in the inbox which I suspect is mostly from those subscriptions. Let's see how long it takes me to make it 0.
