Vegan & Carb-Free Lunch

Here's what I had for lunch today - Miso Soup with Daikon, Baby Spinach, Shitake Mushroom & Tofu.

It's has all the fibre and protein that I need without the added carb. I was having sniffles and it cleared it right out. It's a diet-friendly meal. :D
